Prehistoric Ireland (4) - County Sligo: a whole Neolithic landscape

Loomed over by the mountain of Knocknarea, with its prominent stone tomb at the top, the extensive cemetery site of Carrowmore and the court tomb of Creevykeel are part of a vast landscape of Neolithic monuments, circles and tombs across County Sligo. They dot the landscape among the houses and farms; wherever you look there are ancient stones.
