Sunrise walk (2)

Continuing my early morning walks during Covid-19 'social distancing', my previous route was becoming too well populated by runners, cyclists and dog-walkers, even at 6am! So today I took a different route - a very short walk along residential streets to a tiny, wonderfully scruffy nature reserve. It has tussocky grass, no proper paths . . . nothing to tempt runners and cyclists. But I surprised lots of rabbits, and apart from them and the birds, I had the place to myself.

Sunrise walk

Breaking the habits of a lifetime (I'm not a 'morning person'), I'm going out walking at 6am to help with maintaining Covid-19 'social distance'. This week it's been a pleasure because the mornings have been beautiful.
